APPOINTMENT REQUEST

We require a $40-$100 non-refundable cash* deposit in order to book and hold your appointment spot. Your deposit will be applied to the cost of your tattoo.

CANCELLATION POLICY: clients are required to provide at least 3 days notice prior to cancellation or to reschedule. If you do not call ahead and you miss your appointment time, or if you are more than 30 minutes late without notice, you will lose your deposit at the artist’s discretion and will be required to place another deposit in order to book again.

*In person booking with a cash deposit is always preferred, however most artists will accept a Venmo or Paypal deposit over the phone.

Request Disclaimer: “This form is simply a request and does not guarantee an appointment date. Availability is based on each artist’s individual schedule. In general, artists are booked anywhere from 3 days to 3 months. Please keep in mind that your request may take up to two weeks to process, and you should always follow up with a phone call. If this is a last minute request please call the shop M-Sat. 12-9pm to inquire about availability.”
