Please provide the following information in your appointment request e-mail ::

  2. Request dates, if any. 3. A detailed but short and concise description of the tattoo(s) you’re

  3. interested in getting. Please include information such as, size, style (realistic vs. traditional / illustrative), color vs. black and gray, placement on the body, etc.

  4. Photo reference for design, attached as a .jpeg file.

  5. Photos of the body part for placement, from several angles, indicating size if possible, attached as a .jpeg file.

When we receive your info, we’ll add you to the queue to review and will follow up as soon as possible with approval, ballpark price quote, and an idea of timing.

Please keep in mind that we only book appointments Tuesday - Thursday, and it can take up to one month to review and approve new appointment requests. You may call to follow up Tuesday - Thursday to check on the status of your request.

Please be prepared for a wait time of between 2-5 months. We only book appointments 1-2 months at a time, and beyond that we keep a waiting list on a first-come first-served basis. Factors such as volume of requests, length of wait list, your schedule, and Corey’s schedule will all determine the timing.

Any request date earlier than 6 weeks out is considered a “last minute” appointment request. Last minute requests, even for small tattoos, can be difficult to accommodate but it never hurts to ask. If you have a last minute appointment request you should always call the shop to inquire, or risk that your email will not be answered in time.

Thank you for your interest in being tattooed by Corey, and for your support!
